What's the minimum order quantity?
There's no minimum — we print as few as 1 shirt. However, ordering 12 or more unlocks our best per-unit pricing and waives the setup fee.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG. For best results, submit vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution PNGs at 300 DPI or higher.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix any combination of XS through 4XL within a single order at no extra charge. Just specify quantities per size in your quote request.
How long does shipping take?
Standard production is 5–7 business days, then 2–5 days for shipping depending on your location. Rush production (2–3 days) is available for an additional fee.
Do you offer free design help?
Yes — every order includes free design assistance. Our team can clean up your artwork, suggest layouts, or create a design from scratch based on your brief.
